Ótima estadia, funcionários sempre muito agradáveis e prestativos. Boa comida e café da manhã excepcional.
Me deram o quarto do predio da Suíte. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos e camas confortáveis.
As piscinas do prédio das suítes estavam muito sujas com lodo e água turva. Não tive coragem de entrar.

Um bom hotel mas falta de estima pelos clientes
As instalações do hotel estão muito boas, a localização central também é uma mais valia. Perto da paragem do autocarro que nos leva ao aeroporto. No geral é um hotel limpo, a comida é boa, os quarto super agradáveis e confortáveis. Gostei especialmente do dia em que foi a Melissa a funcionária de limpeza do meu quarto. Fez toda a diferença e deixou tudo impecável. Na recepção, as duas senhoras de cabelo escuro, foram sempre atenciosas. Portanto estas pessoas fizeram a diferença a nível da suas pretações. O hotel tem um rooftop excelente com uma vista fantástica. Também há um spa, mas a àgua da piscina é fria.(podia estar um pouco mais tépida), mas também não estragou a experiência.
Bem... infelizmente houve bastante pontos negativos. Começo pela indelicadeza d alguma funcionária do restaurante, creio que coordenadora/supervisor, chefe de sala.(de cabelo loiro) Não sei ao certo qual a sua posição, mas foi pouco agradável ao dirigir se e dizer que eu tinha de comprar as bebidas do restaurante. Primeiro paguei pela minha meia pensão, não me foi informado que as bebidas eram separadas. Segundo, os preços eram exorbitantes e óbviamente que não ia aceitar. Depois não bebo alcool e lembro me de perguntar a uma empregada se havia sumos naturais no menu. Respondeu que não, só me abriu a página da carta dos vinhos. Então nesse caso, na noite seguinte levei um pouco de sumo natural do pequeno almoço (que aí as bebidas já são incluidas), essa senhora loira, a tal arrogante dirigiu se, à minha mesa e abordou-me péssimamente. Dizendo que tinha de comprar as bebidas do cardápio e que aquela bebida era da rua. O que não corresponde à verdade. Mas foi a maneira como falou. Enfim, pouco significante para o bem estar do meu jantar, mas avaliando a sua postura, valeu 0! O resto das empregadas de mesa, foram sempre educadas. Nada a apontar. Outros aspectos, tem de se pagar por quase tudo...o cofre é pago por noite, o café para a cafeteria também tem de se comprar na recepção €6. No quarto para guardar as malas tem uma balança se precisa de saber o peso da sua mala, mas também custa €1. As toalhas de piscina tem um depósito de €10 (tudo bem), mas cada vez que precisa de trocar tem de pagar para a lavandaria. (Absurdo). E por último um late check out de 20 min. custa €20. O que me foi dito na recepção. Limpeza de quarto fraca. (Excepto um dia) Parquem mais o hotel está ao serviço, é para os Alemães. Talvez pela sua elevada percentagem de clientes. Ainda assim não justifica destinção. Portanto, por este mundo fora, com menos estrelas, mais estrelas, este foi o único que vi com estas cobranças. Daí, na minha modesta opinião não me agradou e não voltarei.
